DAY 1: Arrival

Arrival.  Late afternoon Introduction to Wine class with Dinner at Cucina della Terra

Day 2: Montepulciano

Walking Tour of the historic wine town of Montepulciano.  Late afternoon cooking class at Cucina della Terra followed by dinner

Day 3: San Gimigniano & Chianti

Full Day Tour to San Gimigniano & Chianti.  Dinner at selected Ristorante

Day 4: Castiglione del Lago

Market day in Castiglione del Lago where you will pick up provisions for our cooking class this evening. Tour the town & beautiful lake.   Outdoor lunch by the pool, whether permitting .

Day 5: Leisure

Cooking class followed by a leisurely lunch.  Time for a hike or horseback ride where you can spot the hares hiding in the tall grasses of the countryside. Dinner in the pretty hilltop top of Panicale.

Day 6: Cortona

Walking tour of Cortona .  Cooking Class ending with a fiesta of our own making paired with the wines of the region.
