Day 1: Afternoon arrival at the Inn, reception & dinner at Ristorante
Day 2: Walking tour & wine tasting in the famous wine town of Montepulciano. Cooking class and dinner at Cucina della Terra.
Day 3: Truffle experience in the hills of Umbria where we learn about truffles, accompany Sole as he sniffs out the precious funghi, and enjoy a delicious 4 course farmhouse lunch .
Day 4: Market Day in Castiglione del Lago where we purchase our foods for a hands-on cooking class, tour the castle while enjoying the pleasures of taking our cafe & gelato in the piazza. Cooking class and dinner in Cucina della Terra.
Day 5: Relax at the Inn. Optional events include hiking or horseback ride into the countryside with a picnic lunch at the pool. Late afternoon cheese-making demonstration. Cooking class and dinner in Cucina della Terra.
Day 6: Walking tour in the beautiful hilltop town of Orvieto. Farewell dinner in our favorite trattoria
Day 7: Breakfast and departure
